Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk and talk therapy takes counseling out of the traditional setting such as your counselor’s office space to the outdoors! Studies have shown a significant impact on our brains when we get vitamin D from the sunshine and let out lungs breathe in some fresh air- not to mention the exerice factor of getting your steps in for the day. Walk and talk therapy is a holistic approach to mental health that incorporates basic human needs like vitamin D while working on your mental health.
