Anger, Shame & Guilt 

Above you see three very natural emotions for us humans to feel and experience. At one point or another, we have all been angry, ashamed, and even guilty. Now that we got the universality factor covered; it’s important to mention that anger, shame, and guilt are some of the scariest emotions that can be a challenge to navigate through while experiencing them. It’s natural to feel these emotions at appropriate times but it’s a skill to be able to properly navigate them while not hurting yourself or the people around you. 

Our therapists will  first and fore most create a safe space for you to process anger, shame, and/ or guilt while keeping confidentiality.
