Kim Mitchell, TCM

Kim Mitchell, is our lead Target Case Manager. She took her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from Murray State University. Kim has worked in mental health services for 31 years at multiple agencies and in various capacities.

As lead TCM here at Compass Counseling, Kim carries a full caseload of 25 clients and provides individual and group supervision every month, including CEUs, to TCMs in the Paducah and Henderson offices. She tailors her services to each client and meets them where they are.

When not at work, Kim loves to work out, and spend time with family and friends.
