A Plan for Change
We work with teens by listening to their story, help them make a plan for change, & teach new strategies to cope. Therapists at Compass Counseling offer accountability without shame. Our Masters Level licensed therapists offer clinical insight and feedback to help teens achieve the goals that you are working towards. Our team can also make mental health diagnosis when necessary and work with your medical team. Parental involvement is a very important part of the process when working with teens and kids. The level of involvement and participation is determined through conversations that will begin at the first session with each teen.
