Allyson Russell, LPCC

Allyson Russell, LPCC, NCC provides a warm and welcoming environment where clients can connect and develop a trusting relationship to openly discuss their concerns and learn ways to make healthy progress towards their goal.

Allyson wants her clients to know that therapy can be beneficial for everyone; no matter how big or small the concern.   Having an experienced guide to walk through your thoughts with you can be very beneficial. Therapy can provide confidence to overcome the challenges life may throw your way. It is a non-judgmental place to openly express what you are feeling or afraid to feel.

Allyson works with children, teens, and adults. Working with her clients, she addresses concerns surrounding depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, grief, life changes, abuse, and addiction. 

Allyson is a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counseling Associate who earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2018 and a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College in 2020. 

When Allyson is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, cooking, and listening to her record collection.
