Tabitha Ramos

Tabitha Ramos, CSW graduated with a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Western Kentucky University in 1994 and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Louisville in 2020. Tabitha has over 25 years of experience in the social work field and is knowledgeable about both community and mental health resources. 

Tabitha’s approach to treating mental health concerns is to provide compassion in a supportive and judgment-free space where clients can explore their life experiences with the goal of building self-awareness. Tabitha utilizes evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. 

Tabitha works with children, adolescents, and adults who are coping with relationship and family issues, recovering from trauma, or experiencing anxiety or depression. Tabitha is deeply passionate about this work and connected through her own life experiences and therapy journey, as well as her education. Tabitha believes devoting care and attention to our mental health is one of the best investments we can make to improve our lives.
