Lindsey Lanham

Lindsey graduated with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Western Kentucky University in 2008, and has been working directly with children, adolescents and families for 8 years. Lindsey specializes in working with issues of trauma, crisis, grief, child and adolescent defiance, anxiety and adjustment to life changes. Other areas of expertise include Depression, Mood Disorders and ADHD. Lindsey is skilled and has received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Reality Therapy among additional interventions. Lindsey is dedicated to empowering youth and families to promote a life of health, hope and growth.
