Elizabeth Lambert

Elizabeth obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work from Brescia University in 2007. She has been in the helping profession since either as a social worker, mother, private softball instructor, softball coach, or home economics teacher.

Elizabeth went back to school in 2020 and got her Master’s degree from Capella University. She has been a therapist since.  Elizabeth uses an array of therapy techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solutions Based Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. 

 Elizabeth specializes in helping those with self-esteem, ADHD, anxiety, social skills, depression, grief, postpartum depression, and anger management as well as other issues.

Elizabeth is currently being trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and hypnotherapy.
