Lexy wants her clients to know: "It's always a brave choice coming to therapy. No matter the reason, everyone in some way can benefit from some form of therapy. Anything can become a trauma in life, anyone can suffer from anxiety or depression, and each person is unique and experiences life through their own lense. Don't minimize your feelings or experiences in order to prevent yourself from getting help you deserve. Self care and your mental health are so important, and getting yourself where you want to be should be on the top of your list. I would be honored to help you on whatever your individual journey may look like. I want to give you a judgment free space to express yourself, and help you grow. Let's do this!"

When Lexy isn't working, she enjoys her friends and family, and playing with her Goldendoodle, Stella. She loves to read, spend time outdoors, and enjoys taking care of her health and fitness.
